The hard part
Twelve weeks is roughly a third of the industry norm, and the reason isn’t that we worked faster.
It’s that the association-specific parts already existed. Nobody had to invent a member directory, an events system, a document library or an MLS integration on Columbus’s budget and timeline. The work was configuration, design, content migration and the feed.
That’s the whole argument for a purpose-built platform, and Columbus is the evidence for it.
